Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mobiz Accounts, operated by BlueWave Technologies Ltd, trading as Mobiz.mu (BRN C26236346). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Mobiz Accounts is invoicing, stock and accounting software. It calculates VAT and prepares records for your VAT return, but does not submit returns to the Mauritius Revenue Authority on your behalf, and does not constitute tax, legal or accounting advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your own filings.
2. Accounts & plans
Each subscription is billed under a Starter, Pro or Premium plan with a fixed user limit, enforced on our servers. Plans are billed monthly or annually, in Mauritian Rupees, by bank transfer. Subscription requests (new sign-ups, renewals, upgrades, downgrades) are reviewed and approved by our team before taking effect.
3. Payment & suspension
If a subscription period lapses without renewal, the organisation enters a grace period with continued access, followed by a suspended, read-only state if payment is not received. Your existing data remains accessible for reading and a renewal payment can be submitted at any time; new records cannot be created while suspended. Access is restored promptly once payment is verified.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Mobiz Accounts. We do not access or use it beyond what is necessary to provide and support the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass tenant isolation or security controls, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
